No Account, Nothing to Delete on Our Servers

Candur has no accounts and no sign-in. Your reflections, moods and reminder settings are stored only on your device, so there is no account or server-side profile to delete.

How to Erase Your Data

• In the app: open the Archive tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Erase my data
• Or delete the Candur app from your iPhone. This removes all data the app stored on your device.

What Is Removed

• All reflection entries and AI responses saved on your device
• Mood and emotional tone records
• Your reminder settings

What Is Not Stored By Us

When you request a reflection, the text is sent to our proxy server and on to DeepSeek to generate the response, without your name, email or any account identifier. Our proxy does not store the text of your reflections. We keep only anonymous daily request counters.

Subscriptions

Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
